Please do your part and make sure all information you fill out at checkout is correct, in order to prevent any postal delays.
Once a package has been shipped, we have very little control over it. Please be aware we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high volume periods, or holidays. We can never guarantee a specific delivery date.
If you have not received your package with 7 business days of placing your order please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we'll address the issue as soon as possible.
